As parents began to age past their ability to care for themselves, their adult children have to find ways to safely care for them during the day.  An adult day care center was that answer. 

Adult day care centers have existed since the 1970's. Today, this service is in great demand due to the increased need for home and community based services allowing families to prevent putting their loved one in an institution.

Adult day care centers provide a break to the caregiver so they have work, go to school or take time off from their daily caregiver responsibilities.  Overnight stays can also be arranged a partner facility when a longer respite period is needed. Our center provides health services, therapeutic services like physical and speech therapy, and social activities for people with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia, chronic illnesses, traumatic brain injuries, developmental disabilities, and other problems that increase their care needs.
